The semi-detached houses were conceived, designed and built as luxury houses for family living in the Bežanijska kosa neighborhood.

Each building consists of a basement, ground floor, first floor and attic, divided into two residential units with separate entrances. Each unit has its own yard and garden, space for a green area or swimming pool.

In accordance with urbanistic regulations, the buildings were built following contemporary forms and with usage of quality materials.

The buildings are equipped with the highest quality locks, security entrance doors, plasticized aluminum profiles, remote-controlled aluminum window blinds, which, along with optional additional equipment, provide the possibility of additional systems for the safety and comfort of users, as well as the highest quality local and imported materials and equipment such as first-class oak parquet, Italian ceramics and sanitary ware.

In addition to the basic installations, each residential unit is air-conditioned with separate systems, and fire alarm and gas detection systems, an intercom, with the option of installing a monitoring system (BMS control) and management (Smart House System), as well as an Internet connection, are installed.
