The commercial space is located on the ground floor of a mixed-use residential and commercial building at 48b Bulevar Zorana Đinđića. The entrance is accessed through the building’s atrium, which is accessible directly from the street.

The total leasable area is 202 m².

The premises will be available starting November 1, 2026.

The minimum lease term is 60 months.

Building maintenance costs are contracted and paid directly to the company responsible for the maintenance of the building, in accordance with the obligations established by the homeowners’ association. Electricity, heating, water, and all other utility costs are charged separately based on actual consumption.

One garage parking space is also available for lease in the neighboring building at 48v Bulevar Zorana Đinđića.
